How will I study?
Firstly, we do not teach like a tradition education provider. You will be tutored and mentored throughout your course on a 1:1 basis.
Our Grantham training centre is your best option if you are local and able to attend, as you will benefit from tutor support when you need it along with peer support from fellow learners. The training centre is not a typical classroom environment - the radio will be on, as will the kettle!
This course is held regularly throughout the academic year - with the exception of Lincolnshire school holidays, bank holidays and festive periods. Which can be found on our term time page here
The next course is.. Tuesday 6th June - Tuesday 9th July.
If you are unable to attend the Grantham centre or unable to wait for the next course, don’t worry - you can take this course on a distance learning basis and your tutor will work with you on a blended learning plan. This means you will be given all the support you need via a multitude of ways - this is either via 1:1 zoom sessions, phone calls, emails, texts or WhatsApp - whatever suits you.
How long will it take?
We plan that this will take you approximately 6 weeks - however if you get through quicker than that - fine, if you take a little longer - that’s fine too! Here at 3CATS, we work with you until you are comfortable in your understanding before moving on.
How is it assessed?
There are tutor marked assignments throughout the course to support each of the study units. There is a final module paper to complete but it is not in exam conditions.
Any other fees?
All of the learning materials and software that you need to complete this will be provided to you. You will need access to a windows based laptop to complete the software section as Sage is not compatible with Mac.
How much will it cost?
The price you will pay for this course with 3CATS is only £250.
