As a member of one of our course programmes you can expect:

1.      To be treated equally within a friendly environment and to have your individual learning needs assessed  and supported.

2.      The courses to be run on time, excluding the effects of bad weather or staff sickness, and for lost time to be recovered.

3.      To be supplied with full information about the course, the venue and resources used, including health and safety.

4.      To be treated fairly without discrimination of any type or from any quarter.

5.      To have regular feedback on your progress.

6.      To make your views known.

7.      To be given, or directed to, sources of information to help develop your personal skills to meet your needs.

8.      To be given a copy of our complaints procedure on request.

As a member of one of our course programmes we expect you:

1.      To provide us with personal information requested on the enrolment form.

2.      To pay course or exam fees on request.

3.      To advise us of any session absence by email or text.

4.      To make a positive commitment to attending sessions.

5.      To show consideration and respect other course members, the facilities, resources and staff.

6.      To act in a safe manner accepting the health and safety requirements provided.

7.      To avoid `the introduction of viruses to our computers by maintaining ‘clean’ portable data storage.

8.      To accept that fees are not refundable after the commencement of the course and in the event you are asked to leave the course due to unreasonable behaviour as determined by 3cats.
