Equal Opportunities Policy

Equal Opportuities Policy

This Organisation is committed to an equal opportunities policy and ensures that people are judged on their merits and capabilities, irrespective of sex, race, religion, ethnic origin or disability. The policy is regularly reviewed to ensure that the principles of equal opportunities are preserved.

Disabled workers

The Organisation recognises that it has clear obligations towards the community at large to ensure that people with disabilities are afforded equal opportunities to work with, for and be trained by it. In addition to complying with the requirements of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995, the Organisation will follow procedures designed to provide for fair consideration and selection of disabled applicants to satisfy their training and career development needs.

Continuing Development

The Organisation encourages you to undertake relevant training courses and further education which are likely to be of benefit to you and, of course, the Organisation. Training records are kept of all students. Personnel working for the Organisation are requested to provide an annual update of their CPD
